Murphy's law was in effect as the foundation was poured wrong and it broke, setting our house back 2 weeks. Once in and finished, our kit house looked better than the stick built houses being our neighbors. I chose all gas which after 14 years still runs great.

I am impressed with the house but unfortunately the resale price has dropped due to the title being a manufactured house instead of modular. Overall the structure is still sound and the fact that mine looks like the 16 stick built houses in my neighborhood is a bonus for housing market plus mine is more efficient due to all gas. I give this builder 4 stars as there was room for finishing that wasn't done and gone unnoticed until I updated the house.
